Providing Our Community With Thoughtfully raised Beef
We set out to farm differently.
We’re using science and research to grow 100+ acres of hay fields and rolling pasture that support pollinators, diverse ecosystems, and of course, our herd of about 50 cattle.
We take no short-cuts because we love our land and animals, and are focused on creating the highest quality of grass-fed and finished beef for our community members.
Together, we’re creating better food system and healthier Minnesota.
Land StewardShip. Sustainability.
The Highest Animal Welfare standards.
Farming for healthier futures for everyone.
Our farm has a view that's as incredible as our history. Homesteaded in 1920 by Walter Boettger, our third-generation farm has rolling hills, 100+ year-old oak trees, rich soil, a slow moving stream and vast pasture land practically untouched through the years, except by grazing cattle.
Since beef is our main focus, we are able to create a product that we are so proud of. We grow 100 percent of our herd’s food in native pastures and fields of rye, alfalfa, timothy and other natural grasses. Throughout the year, we work with an agronomist to test these fields for for nutrition quality and they consistently test above standards.
We love utilizing our land, passion and talents to provide healthy meat for our small community and fellow Minnesotans.
