BEEF SHARES
“The cow that I bought from you guys is the best beef I’ve ever eaten. We bought four cows in the past and yours is by far the best one!”
The absolute best way to save money on 100% grass-fed meat is to buy a share. Investing in a quarter, half or whole will save you hundreds (quarter share) to a few thousand dollars (whole share).
We currently charge $4.50 per pound for wholes, and $4.75 for halves and quarters. Cost of processing the beef is approximately $.80 per pound. All shares are processed in a USDA-inspected facility.
Our prices are based on hanging weight, which is the weight before trimmed, boned and cut into pieces.
When buying a whole or part of a beef share, you can customize your order based on the cuts of meat you prefer. Shares generally include roasts, rib steaks, t-bone steaks, ribeye steaks, sirloin steaks, NY strip steaks, short ribs and ground beef. You can also opt to receive the liver, heart, tongue and soup bones.
Below is an idea of what you can expect with our beef shares. Please know that these are just estimates. All animals are different.
