All meat is frozen immediately following processing. All of our products are processed in a USDA-inspected facility.

Delivery is available in the New Ulm area or Twin Cities metro, depending on the size of your order.
** For delivery in the Twin Cities, we prefer orders totaling more than $80. For orders under $80, we will add a $10 delivery charge.
